A. Recognition of the Leadership Winners, Cai Grismore and Asher Plump, from the Bloomington Police Department's School Resource Officer Youth Summer Academy, as requested by the Police Department. (Recommended Motion: None; recognition only.) (Presentation by Jamal Simington, Chief of Police, 5 minutes.) 

B. Recognition of the International City Manager's Association's High Performance Leadership Academy Graduating Class: Bloomington Cohort #1, as requested by the Administration Department. (Recommended Motion: None; recognition only.)
