We have received the completed application from PAYAA TWO, LLC., d/b/a Pizza Payaa Uptown for a Video Gaming License, 5 machines at 107 E. Beaufort Street, Suite
C, along with related documents.
RECOMMENDATION: The Commission recommends approval of a Video Gaming License to PAYAA TWO, LLC., d/b/a Pizza Payaa Uptown, 107 E. Beaufort Street, Suite C, Normal, Illinois contingent on the payment of video gaming fees and any outstanding inspections from the McLean County Health Department, Normal Fire Inspections Division, or Normal Building Inspection Department.
