An opportunity is provided for members of the public to address the public officials on matters not listed below. The public will not be permitted to comment at this public review meeting on the proposed transfer station as the matter has been the subject of a public hearing pursuant to the requirements of Illinois Environmental Protection Act, 415 ILCS 5/39.2, and Chapter 289 of the McLean County Code.
Public comment on non-agenda related topics will not exceed 15 minutes. Each member of the public will be allowed 3 minutes of commentary.
