On Thursday, December 21, former Louisa County High School standout, Malachi Poindexter’s current college team, the Illinois State Redbirds, won 85-64 in their NCAA D1 game against the Southeast Missouri State Redhawks.

The game took place in Normal, Illinois. This was the first matchup against the Southeast Missouri State Redhawks this season.

The Illinois State Redbirds’ next game is scheduled for Friday, December 29 at 6 p.m. in Lexington, Kentucky.
