Chairman Schafer called the meeting to order at 5:21 p.m. and declared a quorum.

Chairman Schafer presented for action a request to approve invoices for Board of Health, Nursing Home, Jail and JDC Medical and Developmental Disability Board. Ms. Schafer noted for the record that she had requested a special meeting of the Health Committee to address an issue with unpaid invoices for the Health Department and difficulties with the Auditor approving the payments. She further noted that after publishing the agenda the Auditor processed the invoices which negated the reason for the special meeting.

Motion by Johnston/Bierne to approve invoices for Board of Health, Nursing Home, Jail and JDC Medical and Developmental Disability Board.

Motion Carried.

Chairman Schafer asked if there was any additional business to come before the Committee; hearing nothing, she adjourned the meeting at 5:25 p.m.
