The Illinois Wesleyan University women's track and field team has been recognized by the United States Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) as an All-Academic Team. Additionally, senior Lauren Wong and sophomore Adriana Crabtree have earned All-Academic Athlete awards. The organization announced its selections on Monday, July 15.

To qualify for the All-Academic Team award, programs must maintain a minimum grade point average of 3.1 or higher. Under the leadership of head coach Amelia Marino, IWU's women's track and field program achieved a cumulative GPA of 3.55, earning the All-Academic Team designation for the second consecutive year.

Wong and Crabtree have repeated as IWU's All-Academic awardees for the second straight year. To be eligible for individual honors, student-athletes must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.30 and must have competed in an NCAA indoor or outdoor championship during the 2024 season, ranked among the top 50 individuals in their respective events, or been part of a top 35 relay team.

Wong was recently named a College Sports Communicators Academic All-America selection. This marks her third USTFCCCA All-Academic honor after earning it in 2021 and 2023. A quantitative finance major with a GPA of 3.68, Wong capped off her senior season with numerous accolades including being named an Academic All-CCIW honoree for three consecutive years.

A distinguished athlete in triple and long jump events, Wong is a ten-time All-College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin honoree who swept the horizontal jumps titles in 2023. She concluded her senior season ranked sixth in the Midwest for indoor triple jump (11.72m) and eleventh outdoors (11.28m). Wong also qualified for the 2023 NCAA Outdoor Track and Field Championship in triple jump.

Crabtree maintained a GPA of 3.87 while excelling in her sophomore year as an environmental studies major with a concentration in ecology. She qualified for the 2024 Indoor National Championship in the mile event where she finished thirteenth overall, earning Second Team All-America honors. At the indoor conference championships, Crabtree won titles in three events: mile (5:10.97), 3000m (10:16.14), and distance medley relay (12:29.57).

The College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin saw all nine of its women's programs receive All-Academic team honors while thirty student-athletes earned individual distinctions.
