The Illinois Wesleyan University women's golf team is set to participate in the Augustana University Spring Invite, scheduled for March 14-15. The tournament will take place at Desert Willow Golf Course in Palm Desert, California, and will primarily feature NCAA Division II teams.
Illinois Wesleyan is among eight teams competing over the two-day event. Other participating schools include Augustana (SD), Lubbock Christian, Dominican (Division II), Westmont, Westminster (Division II), Hawaii Hilo, Chico State, and Point Loma.
Representing the Titans are seniors Emma Thorman from Macomb and Lexi Onsrud from Normal. Joining them are juniors Macy Ludwig from Effingham, Jadyn Spinks from Bloomington, and Jacque O'Neill from Harbor Springs. Additionally, junior Kylie Hundman from Bloomington and freshman Emily Gastrau from Wauwatosa will compete as individuals.
