a) Request approval of a proposal from D.E.M. Services for asbestos abatement services at the McLean County Fairview Building.

b) Request approval of a proposal from Diamond Design and Construction for interior demolition and lead paint abatement at the McLean County Fairview Building.

c) Request approval of an agreement with PIPCO Companies Ltd. For replacement of the JDC HVAC Air Handlers.

d) Request approval of a proposal from Mechanical Service Inc. for replacement of Data Center Cooling units at the Government Center Building.

e) Request approval of contracts with Johnson Controls for Fire Alarm and Fire Extinguisher Testing and Inspections for the Government Center, Juvenile Detention Center, METCO, Old Courthouse, Law and Justice Center and 200 W. Front St. Building.

f) Request approval of a contract with GIVSCO Construction Company for Public Defender office remodeling project.
