A. Authorization to pay the bond payment in the amount of $34,765.63 to the Atlanta National Bank.

B. Authorization to pay the entire premium of $23,777.00 for the 2025 insurance coverage by IML Risk Management Association and the $150.00 annual membership fee with the Illinois Municipal League (IML); combined total of $23,927.00.

C. Review of the 2024-2025 Proposed Tax Levy for the Village of Colfax, McLean County, Illinois. Final adoption in December 2024.

D. Discussion and approval of Ordinance No. 2024-08, An Ordinance Amending Chapter 34 of the Municipal Code of the Village of Colfax, McLean County, Illinois Regarding Authorized Hours for Liquor Sales.
