Titan Table Talk resumed with its latest episode, featuring discussions on various sports at Illinois Wesleyan University. Host Tommy Gilbert welcomed several guests to discuss the current status and future prospects of their respective teams.

Lauren Huber and Ava Bardic joined the show to talk about the women's basketball team's impressive start to the season, achieving a 6-0 record. They shared insights into their strategies and preparations for upcoming College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin (CCIW) play.

Kayleigh Kushewski, a member of the women's swimming team, provided a glimpse into the life of a swimmer. She discussed her preparation routines for events and shared some memorable experiences from her time with the team, including their annual trip to Florida.

Men's basketball coach Ron Rose appeared on the show to preview his team's upcoming conference opener. The men's team is also off to a strong start with a 6-0 record. Coach Rose elaborated on the team's depth and goals as they prepare for CCIW competition at the Shirk Center.
