Illinois State University's basketball teams are in the spotlight tonight as Rob Dob's Restaurant and Bar in Bloomington hosts the Illinois State Basketball Coaches Show. Presented by The O'Brien Auto Team, the show will feature men's basketball head coach Ryan Pedon and women's basketball head coach Kristen Gillespie.

The event is accessible to fans through various platforms, including WJBC 1230 AM, the Varsity Network, and GoRedbirds.com. During the show, Pedon and Gillespie will discuss last week's games and upcoming matches in Missouri Valley Conference play.

Greg Halbleib will host Gillespie's segment starting at 6 p.m., with sophomore forward Savannah McGowan joining her. McGowan has played 49 games for the Redbirds over two seasons and reached double figures in five outings. The women's team recently swept Indiana State and Evansville on the road, bringing their league record to 10-4 this season. They are set to face Belmont on Thursday night at CEFCU Arena during a 'Blackout' game where fans are encouraged to wear black attire.

Pedon's segment begins at 6:45 p.m., hosted by John Fitzgerald and Mike Matthews. He will be accompanied by sophomore Johnny Kinziger, who averages 15.2 points per game this season. The men's team prepares for a key matchup against Bradley in the I-74 Rivalry at CEFCU Arena before traveling to face Missouri State on Saturday.

Fans can attend Monday's live show or tune in via radio or online platforms if unable to attend in person. After a one-week break due to team travel, the coaches' show will resume on March 3 at Avanti's and return to Rob Dob's on March 10.
