Illinois Wesleyan women’s volleyball heads to Aurora for triangular matches

BLOOMINGTON, Ill. - Following a sweep over Wheaton College on Wednesday, September 18, the Illinois Wesleyan University (IWU) women's volleyball team will travel to Aurora University for a triangular event on Saturday, September 21. IWU (7-4) is scheduled to face the University of Dubuque at 2:30 p.m., followed by a match against Aurora (6-4) at 5 p.m. The games will take place inside Thornton Gymnasium.

Illinois Wesleyan men’s golf heads to New York for NCAA Division III Preview

BLOOMINGTON, Ill. - A busy start to the year for the fifth-ranked Illinois Wesleyan University men's golf team continues Saturday-Sunday, Sept. 21-22, as the Titans travel to New York for the NCAA Division III Preview. The 54-hole tournament, also named the Flower City Preview, will give the Green and White an early look at the sites of the 2025 NCAA Division III Men's Golf Championship. IWU will play 36 holes Saturday, Sept. 21, at Midvale Country Club before completing the event at Cobblestone Creek Country Club with a single round Sunday, Sept. 22.

ISU men's tennis returns for annual Redbird Invitational

NORMAL, Ill.-- The ISU men's tennis team will return home for the 7th Annual Redbird Invitational at Gregory Street Tennis Courts from September 20-21. The tournament will feature eight teams and be played in Davis Cup format, with each player expected to participate in one singles match and one doubles match each day.

Illinois state soccer earns third shutout of season against Southern Illinois

Illinois State soccer (2-5-2, 0-0-1 MVC) secured its third shutout of the season in a scoreless draw against Southern Illinois (4-2-3, 0-0-1 MVC) to open MVC play on Thursday. This marks the first time Illinois State has achieved a shutout on the road in MVC play since a 1-0 overtime win at Missouri State in 2021.

Action will take place at the Tao Tennis Center Friday-Sunday, Sept. 20-22.
