Illinois DMV facilities extend morning hours amid rising demand

Most Illinois Secretary of State driver services facilities now open earlier each morning, starting at 7:30 a.m. The change responds to increased demand for DMV services in the morning. Driver services facilities will operate from 7:30 a.m. until 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, closing a half-hour earlier than before.
