d) Approve the request of ASD McLean IL Solar VI, LLC by Amp Solar Development Inc. in case SU-18-30 on parcel 02-09-400-002. It is requesting a special use to allow a Solar Power Generating Facility in the Agriculture District; on property located in Gridley Township immediately northeast of the intersection of 3000 North Rd. and 2025 East Rd.
